I am using free version of it because I felt its expensive. For 10k session, it cost $350/month or $3500/year which could be expensive for early stage startups.

Maybe if logrocket team can increase the quota on free tier from 1000 session/month to 2000 session, that would be awesome for an early stage startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are still building our product and sometimes there are bugs which is not visible to our testing or development team and in that case if some external or internal user reports an issue, we simply go to logrocket, play the session of that user and Boom! we caught the bug.

Session replay is also helping us to understand user bahavior on our app.

I wish there were more reports, and that you could pull data from a PC with a script, and dump it into a report. Other than that, the platform is solid.

Edit: While there is not a baked in system, I have started using a custom field to grab the data that I want, then use device search to export a CSV report with said data. I would still like something more purpose-built. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We were struggling to monitor the uptime of networking equipment. Ninjas NMS keep track of this for us, and reports us when uptime is an issue.

We were having trouble keeping PCs and Servers up to date on their Operating Systems. Ninja now takes care of patching and has never failed us.

We used to run scripts for security remediations manually for WORKGROUP systems and with GPO in domains. We found these to be time-consuming and clunky, respectively. Ninja allows us to orchestra scripts across the system in seconds. The same issue was had with software installation, but that is now shifted to ninja.

We used to rely on user-reported issues to keep PCs running smoothly. With Ninja, issues are detected and automatically remediated. Issues that cannot be remediated automatically are ticketed to us, and we can work on it as needed. Additionally, computer optimization is now automated, and devices rarely see slowness due to uptime, corrupted system files, or bloated temp folders.

Patching system imporvments not only continue to solve our problem of patching, but have improved our ability to track and monitor patchign life cycels, solving the issue of "not knowing" where problem devices are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Atera offers a robust set of features, the reporting tools could be more customizable to meet specific business needs. Additionally, while customer support is responsive and helpful, implementing new feature requests or updates can take longer than anticipated. Error messages are often unhelpful and vague without actionable information. Session timeout can be aggressive and annoying. Performance can be lackluster, especially when loading large resource lists or logs. The UI is constantly changing - features and buttons move around frequently, and the navigation gets reorganized without warning. Just when you get used to where everything is, they change it again. one thing to improve: documentation of the config file. We were configuring via the Admin UI on a local instance and then took the config file for our Docker deployment. But with a full documentation, that step would become easier.

Everything is automated, everything is user friendly and the setup of dashboards and the alerts we receive is so consistent and did not have any issues with sematext.

We would love to continue with Sematext and will be using Sematext in the future.

The monitoring part is so unique and good. Many of our clients love the feature which Sematext is giving to us.

The Sematext Synthetics feature is amazing as it automatically checks the health checks.

The metrics and Dashboard creation are quite good, and you also get an option to view the status dashboard via the custom domain. which is very unique and impressive as they are giving at such a nominal price.

You also have a feature as bulk upload, where if you have many workloads to monitor you can do it seamlessly rather than doing it manually.

Using Lightrun saves a lot of development and production investigation time.

We are using Lightrun during our development phase and to investigate production issues.

Instead of deploying a spcieal version with logs to see what happened (and then redploy without the logs), we just use Lightrun.

right now it is challenging to disable or exit from lumigo once the AWS account is integrated. for that action, we need to raise a customer support request which becomes a tedious task for a developer. we have a number of serverless applications deployed on AWS, it's challenging to manually go through logs to get insights like execution time, errors, performance, etc. through cloud watch logs, with lumigo all these challenging tasks become super easy. Letting us focus more on development rather than monitoring. with the insights we get through the Lumigo dashboard, it becomes easy for us to clearly identify bugs, a lambda that is consuming more time, etc. and we can work on fixing those bugs or optimizing and reducing operational costs.

configuring alert notifications helps us quickly focus on issues and thereby helps us maintain the quality/accuracy of the application.

Lumigo also gives us insights on which endpoint or basically which lambda is triggered more, this gives us an idea of what features of our business application are being used more by end-users and we can work on improving the performance and quality of that feature more.
