The Practice sets on Google classroom could also be refined and made more teacher friendly with possibilities for adaptions for students.

It would be great if Google classroom could have some sort of 'differtiation tool' and users could further benefits from features like single submission from group members and visibity of the group members on the platform itself, currently one needs to get in the assignment's editing setting to be able to see the set groups.

- It helps me to organize, districute and collect weekly assignments. It makes file attachments possible like pdf, doc., video etc. and stores all data on the Google Drive. It is also possible to restrict the submission after the due date and time has passed.

- It is also easy to provide feedback to the students through private comments and communicate important details with privacy. Students can also use this function to communicate with the teacher. There is option for open announcement as well.

- It is poosible to upload all sorts of reference materials with easy.

- Google classroom is also being used as a flipped classroom model by me where my students know beforehand what's planned and is on the radar, students can prep before the lessons. In case of absent students, they use it as a remote learning tool.

Absorb allows us to reach multiple roles within the organization. This is the first time we have had one LMS that is consistent throughout the whole organization, so it allows field operations, manager development needs, and certain compliance trainings to be housed in the same place and allows consistent application and familiarity, inspiring more frequent use. Apart from gathering data, our biggest benefit of using Vevox is for gamification. As part of a team that train non-technical people in the use of tools, applications and processes. We can use Vevox at the end of training session to quiz them on what they have learnt and reinforce concepts, process and thinking. The gradebook can be a little confusing to get used to and a one stop gradebook shop for learners is not available. While the platform is comprehensive, the reporting functionality could be more advanced. I really wish that I could look at a students diagnostic reports and determine for certain the skills they are struggling with. I would like to know that a student is struggling with prepositions because he/she missed some questions pertaining to that concept. Currently, the student results are based upon their scaled scores. Star Assessments have really helped me show the students how capable they are of growth. When their graph shows growth, the students tend to gain confidence, which you can see in their whole demeanor. Now that we are required to create RSPs for our students with weaknesses in reading, we use star to target areas of need, set goals, and monitor their progress. I have been an admin or power user of several different LMSs, and so far, there is not a perfect system. The couple's overall dislike of Docebo is the need to have an in-platform authoring tool that is robust, interactive, and has more options and tools. They just launched a version, but it is very basic. This would allow us to launch the platform globally, as other regions need in platform authoring. The other piece is that Docebo has a Salesforce-type technical approach, where they have premium partners that can assist with dev and API work. Their internal team is difficult to reach, and can take weeks and be very costly to support the platform. Our company was using another LMS provider that was not integrated well and there was low engagement. We did put a lot of effort and resources to build out the Docebo LMS, which paid off as we have high engagement, a deep seeded admin and power user team, and the platform has been quickly integrated into company learning quickly. We were also solving for the ability to provide a home page access to dealers that can't have access to all internal learnings. When a dealer self-registeres, they can take a learning path to receive a product coupon code upon completion of that learning path. Modifying existing questions within a test is not straightforward. You have to stop using the current test, duplicate it, and then modify the questions in the duplicated version. This creates a whole new test link, which can be disruptive and inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While there are a lot of automation features possible, there are still some features missing that would be extremely helpful for some of the processes we would like to automate (such as adding new hires to a "new hire" group for a dynamic amount of time rather than from a specific date range) and there are other features that we run into with things like Harassment Prevention training assignment rules. The automations are extremely intuitive and easy for a novice like me to set up (and customer support for when the automations don't work as expected is quick and so helpful), however, they seem to be a little less sophisticated than other platforms that we have used before, primarily for the very specific assignment rules we need to follow for compliance purposes. The only other sticking point for us was the pricing model was not as flexible as other platforms we vetted during discovery. Workramp serves primarily as our career development learning platform that couples with our career management platform. We largely use the platform for company wide learning opportunities (training on how to engage in our performance management process, compliance training, security training etc.) and for a destination for people interested in career development opportunities. We leverage the pre-built content from Go1 very heavily as our learning & Development team is very small and we need access to a large volume of high quality content that we cannot produce in house. This has allowed our career development program to be extremely robust and allowed us to support performance issues more specifically and directly throughout the company, and collect data on how people are engaging with learning across the company. What is there to dislike? The LMS has improved a lot since I first used it in 2012. My colleagues' concerns are not really about the platform but their "ignorance" of it. Once they come to learn about how to use it, then they start loving it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since I'm in education, it helped us keep enrollment on a positive note during the pandemic lockdown. We don't have to provide printed modules to our students. For that, the school was able to save a lot, i.e., paper, printing and logistics. We created online classes with modules and assessments. No customer service, hostage renewal processes and and refusal to "make right" when renewal charges disputed.

There is no service line. Your renewal charge may or may not be visible in your account dashboard. They will gladly "cancel" your service once disputed but will not refund a charge. I paid $240 to use this service 1x. I asked to have my renewal charge refunded when the paid features were NOT available to me after renewal. They refused and "cancelled" my account. I always wanted an assessment that provides different types of questioning style. As a multi-national organization, we needed a tool that was easy to manage and would allow us to easily translate our training content into many languages.

With 360Learning and the Globalization solution, we can now automatically translate our courses in many languages in no time. I dislike the lenght of time it takes to complete an assement. I also do not think the test algorythm is as good as Curriculum Associates claims it to be when providing questions to students during the assessment. Often, second grade students will go inot taking the mid year or end of year assesment at a 1st grade level according to their previous asseemnt and see questions that are clearly not second grade standards such as adding and subtracting fractions or multplying/ dividing large numbers. These students would have never been exposed to these skills because thier paths are set on 1st grade standards. This fustrates them because they know they try and this extends the amount of time the test takes and ultimatley students are still at the first grade begining of second grade. I have never had a student make progress that big. I also wish that students could take the test more fequently as a way to readjust thier learing paths. I know I can do it mannuelly but would prefer that test to adjust to be more accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The iReady solves a few problems. First it provides information on student growth that our school disctrict uses. Second it provides me, a classroom teacher, information I can use to help guide instrucation very easily.
