I learned how important Google reviews are, but I wasn't consistently asking for reviews. NiceJob easily integrated with my CRM and automatically started asking my customers for Google reviews.

I know I can fo even more, but this was so easy and affordable and way better than what I was (wasn't) doing.

I like that I can text customers and message our team individually or by groups in the same platform. I love that every call and text is recorded in Podium.
