Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. I have been using job diva since I started working in recruitment industry and it's been more than 3 years to be very honest, I have never found any such feature which I disliked.

It provides us the best user interface which will further helps in pulling our peformace reports, sourcing the talent using the talent search bar, getting the active jobs just by putting zip code of that area, getting the updates from onboarding, updating the candidate application status, coordinating with different departments like onboarding , Sales and others very effectively and efficiently that even new recruiter can grab the things very quicky and easily. Although there has been a lot of advancements in their reporting capabilities there is still room for improvement. When scheduling, I wish candidate availability could be visible accross stages. My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. It is very difficult to understand how to work with Remote as a contractor when providing services as a company but residing in a different country.

Invoicing functionality misses drafts - whenever I quit the form of creating invoice my progress is not saved.

The worst thing that happened to me was automated invoicing: my employer has issued and paid an invoice automatically without my review - with a random number that messes up my whole bookkeeping and without a valid VAT number that is required in EU when working with b2b transactions between eu companies. Even though it is a communication issue, I have never seen employers to issue employee's invoices and it's just not how it should be done.

It is really easier to have an e-signed contract with any software available on the market and handle invoices yourself, if you are a company providing services in EU.

The mobile app is completely useless but it's installation is recommended in every corner of this software. I have installed it and it always redirects me to a mobile browser because something is not yet supported in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

It helps manage the entire recruitment life cycle in one place, from posting jobs to tracking candidates. It also creates a pipeline for job postings where candidates can apply and submit their resumes. However, receiving resumes that exceed the job requirements can sometimes be challenging, as highly qualified candidates may overshadow those who are a better fit for the role. RUN has been just what we needed for our Time and Attendance woes! The Time and Attendance feature punches our employees in/out, keeps accurate time records, and then transfers the hours right to payroll for processing. My only feedback is that we have some employees that need custom PTO award dates (outside of their anniversary or the 1st of the year) so builidng out an option to adjust that would be great. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With the help of Zoho Recruit, I automated the candidate selection process for vacancies. First, I set up a web form that all candidates filled out, providing all the necessary information. While the user interface is generally positive, it sometimes feels too simple. Some areas could benefit from increased functionality and robustness to handle more complex scenarios. For instance, detailed time management and sheets are short on the platform. In addition, it's tough to understand the different departments and entities in Multiplier and which ones we are dealing with. As an international federation, we need to hire employees from different countries, each with unique labour laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Multiplier has taken on this burden by acting as the Employer of Record (EOR), ensuring we remain compliant and mitigating legal risks. From payroll and benefits administration to contract management and onboarding, Multiplier simplified these processes for us by providing a centralised platform.

As IFLA, we are not interested in setting up legal entities in foreign countries, which can be expensive and time-consuming. Multiplier eliminated the need for this by acting as the EOR, resulting in a more advantageous focus for us.

However, we believe the benefits for NGOs in terms of annual fees should be further explored and enhanced. At times there are issues within the system that cause widespread problems. These take longer to correct than they should. Communication to users when these are identified would be helpful instead of finding out "by accident". Training for new users could be better than "Read this PEAK article". There are multiple steps within the system that cross sections and the articles don't always capture that. Also - the articles are not as up to date as the system is. We are able to seemlessly integrate all aspects of HR and Payroll related areas. The app has almost all the same functionality as the website which is a big satisfier for our staff.
