What do you like best about iLobby?

Our facility was looking to replace the paper sign in process for our visitors and contractors so we decided to explore the option of utilizing iLobby. We like the digitilization of our visitor log book, each host is able to keep track of their visitors, and each visitor must review the site safety policies and sign off prior to entry. Overall, the technology behind this system provides everything that we have been looking for in terms of visitor and contractor sign in process and tracking of visitors. What do you dislike about iLobby?

The only downside so far to iLobby is not being able to find some resources that can be shared with hosts on the set-up of the system and tracking of visitors. The upside is that the customer support team has been great at answering questions within an hour of the requests and they have explained everything thoroughly as our facility learns to navigate through the system. Our employees receive a text on their mobile device and an email in their Inbox immediately when their guest arrives and checks in. When the receptionist is not available at the lobby entrance, the Envoy device can easily notify hosts of their guests with no delay. It's a perfectly seamless solution for our company's needs. What do you dislike about Envoy Visitors?

We wish the iPad had a 100% touchless QR feature. As of now, it requires a touch to initiate the QR code.

What do you like best about Archie?

I love the app. I usually use the list view when booking meeting rooms, and the interactive floor maps when I reserve a desk, so I can see who else from my team is at the office that day. For me the most useful thing is being able to access my team's schedule and not having to worry about not knowing who is working from home and who is onsite. What do you like best about Qminder?

Qminder provides me with fantastic insights realating to the demand on the service my deparment provides; this allows us to better manager our time, and also means that our users can plan their visits around our quieter periods.

Being able to see historical data means that we can better prepare for each semester, and know what times we need cover at, and when our down times are likely to be, allowing us to work on other tasks.

The open and closed hours, as well as the one off closures makes it easier for my department to book in team meetings, and ensure the information is conveyed to our stakeholders.

I've had Qminder in my department for nigh on 10 years now, and it's implementation, support, and use have been of fantastic help to managing the demand my department faces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qminder?

I wish that there was a bit more freedom to make changes on Qminder, such as the messages displayed on the iPad or TV Screen.

Previously the ability for our stakeholders to sign in remotely using the app made it much easier for students to wait away from the department, unfortunately with that feature being no longer supported, we have to provide buzzers to our students to recall them.

What do you like best about The Receptionist?

The receptionist has made a huge difference for our practice in being able to manage patient flow when our office manager is not in (ie. after 5 PM and on weekends, when many of our providers offer sessions). It is also such a helpful tool to simply let the providers know when their clients have arrived! We have a big building, so no more trapsing down the hall and awkwardly lingering, looking for our clients. It was crazy easy to set up, and I had it running the day I got it. We love it! What do you like best about Tactic?

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. What do you like best about Joan?

For how well it intergrates with our existing outlook calendar and for multiple users then we are really pleased. The unit arrived quickly, looks really good (nice having our logo on it) and the customer service video call I required was really helpful in getting everything working for our needs. We only have one meeting room to connect at the moment but it will get used frequently and having the scope to add more later could be really helpful as our business grows. Not knowing the unit was coming from outside the UK meant we had to pay a large fee to receive it from the courier which we were not expecting. We also needed out IT contractors to sort out the calendar system as this was not something we had permissions for so there was a lot of time spent trying to go through all the instructions on the website. When setting up Skedda for this company, it seemed overwhelming - with three offices and over 100 employees. With Justin's superb help, this task became far easier than I could've imagined. He was always incredibly responsive to any questions I might have, and always there to jump on a call if necessary. The system itself is very easy to understand, as well as being comprehensive in its nature. Almost all our demands were answered with a 'yes' - and if they weren't, Justin assured me that it was something they were looking to improve in the future. The customer support is terrible. We had a critical issue recently, and they simply refused to help me. I called dosend of times and left multiple emails, but they did not help me. Finally, someone from the sales team contacted me to apologize, which was nice of him, but the support staff have still not contacted me about the issues we are facing. The customer serivce was not very helpfull, and the billing was outsourced. We were frequently sent bills from other sites which caused frequest shutoffs at incorrect sites for non-payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This was allowing our Security Team to leave the lobby more often to complete other necessary taks. What do you like best about Genea Security?

It's easy to add or remove access to doors and time control when access can be obtained. It was easily integrated to work together with our SSO and new employees can quickly get the basic access needed without the IT team to jump into action. Their Customer Support in our area is provided by a vendor who has done an amazing job so far. In the few weekly times that we need to check if someone is in or not, how many people have arrived or to send monthly reports of arrivals it provides the information quite well with some limitations.
