What do you like best about Deel?

Nothing

I have been using Deel for over two years now, and I feel I am fed-up with what they do!

Every time an error happen or something from them happens they refuse to admit their mistakes, they literally ignore every aspect of saying sorry and just try to find a different way of rounding up their mistake to cover it with words of emptiness, everyone in their support team give different SLAs based on whatever they think the CX like to hear and nothing realistic about it. Another issue again, and still no obvious way of admitting their mistakes, another payment delivery issue, another payment not sent but they say we did send it, or they wait for 3 days til they actually send it and then respond that they did.

I asked for a proof of payment and they haven't even provided that to me, they want me to wait 3 to 4 days to get a proof that I was even paid.

Deel is a money laundry app, and I don't recommend anyone using it. They charge us over $1000 a month for those payments yet they don't deliver them!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deel?

Their customer support is quite bad, they don't know to handle lateness queries, and they have no knowledge on how to handle clients. Deel's interface also lags a lot, so they need to update their payment and services deadline, as it can show something and the outcome will be completely something different.

Also their way of reply is very generic, it always feel like I am talking to an AI vs having a conversation with an actual human being.

Another thing, I'd love if Deel is like wize were you keep your money for as much as you'd love to, and don't have to withdraw it within a limitation of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Deel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deel's strength lies in its ability to streamline international contractor payments. They offer a transparent fee structure, eliminating the uncertainties associated with fluctuating foreign exchange rates. This predictability in costs was particularly beneficial for our company, which employs a significant number of international contractors. What do you like best about Rippling?

First and foremost, I feel that every HR feature that you could possibly need is made very visible and easy to access. From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer. What problems is Gusto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. The agent was never patronizing or short on patience, and I hope that my profuse 'thank you!!' did a bit to communicate my deep appreciation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The down sides that we encounter lie within in the advanced inventory management. What do you like best about BILL AP/AR?

It simplifies bill processing and automation also very easy which ultimately reduces human error.

Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.

It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.

Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.

What do you like best about Remote?

What do you dislike about Remote?

It is very difficult to understand how to work with Remote as a contractor when providing services as a company but residing in a different country.

Invoicing functionality misses drafts - whenever I quit the form of creating invoice my progress is not saved.

The worst thing that happened to me was automated invoicing: my employer has issued and paid an invoice automatically without my review - with a random number that messes up my whole bookkeeping and without a valid VAT number that is required in EU when working with b2b transactions between eu companies. Even though it is a communication issue, I have never seen employers to issue employee's invoices and it's just not how it should be done.

It is really easier to have an e-signed contract with any software available on the market and handle invoices yourself, if you are a company providing services in EU.

The mobile app is completely useless but it's installation is recommended in every corner of this software. I have installed it and it always redirects me to a mobile browser because something is not yet supported in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UKG Ready?

The user interface is intuitive and easy to use.

The UKG site is accessible anywhere via the mobile site on my work phone which is great when working off site.

I also like the ability to customise the home page to suit my needs.

What do you dislike about UKG Ready?

Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

What I like best about RUN is that my employees get paid timley, accuratley and without it being rocket science. The features in RUN are great, each section of the business has an area that is clear and user friendly. If you are not sure about the section you can check the help section or search bar with ease. Implementing RUN was a breeze with the OTTO onboarding feature. Setting up employees and adding them to payroll is also simple. I use RUN daily not just for payroll but many HR questions. Shopmonkey is so helpful with keeping all my workorders organized and in different categories. I love that I don't have to flip through paper tickets anymore and I can search keywords to find tickets. What do you dislike about Shopmonkey?

My main dislike currently with Shopmonkey is the syncing with Quickbooks. After the update to 2.0 my inventory did not transfer over correctly so it is throwing my numbers off. This also makes it hard because if an item does not show up in Shopmonkey I have to go to Quickbooks to find the item and the price of it. I am the only one who can do this so it makes my job much harder. I also wish that the paid invoices and invoices themselves automatically transferred to Quickbooks instead of going to Accounting Link and then to Quickbooks. Keka is the best application which has very user friendly and interactive UI , with integrated payroll, time tracking, and leave management. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?

Even the free account has a proffessional, polished looking invoice at the end. A client actually complimented me on it! In future, I'd like to get the paid account and customize the invoice to match my brand.

I like that I can create a client account (they even get a portal) so that I can easily select them, get their information autofilled into the invoice, and keep track of their payments.

What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?

While the user interface is generally positive, it sometimes feels too simple. Some areas could benefit from increased functionality and robustness to handle more complex scenarios. From payroll and benefits administration to contract management and onboarding, Multiplier simplified these processes for us by providing a centralised platform.

As IFLA, we are not interested in setting up legal entities in foreign countries, which can be expensive and time-consuming. Multiplier eliminated the need for this by acting as the EOR, resulting in a more advantageous focus for us.

However, we believe the benefits for NGOs in terms of annual fees should be further explored and enhanced. We are not financially competitive and desired as some of the big corporate businesses out there. Multiplier needs to develop a more customisable and affordable product for NGOs. What do you like best about Stampli?

Stampli is a fantastic AP workflow software that is efficient and user-friendly. It has tremendously helped our team process, record, approve, modify, and export invoices to our accounting system. Before, invoices were often lost and, consequently, paid late. Stampli helps foster a positive working relationship with vendors, who could also easily check on the status of a payment within the Stampli platform. Business runs smooth and compliant utilizing Stampli.

Additionally, the chat feature with a live customer care representative is extremely handy. You receive immediate attention with an actual person who will help answer questions and guide you in the right path. Overall, wonderful software for all businesses who receive vendor invoices! What do you dislike about Stampli?

A couple of hiccups we experienced using Stampli arose when we made edits to a vendor or customer name in our QuickBooks system because Stampli treated the edited vendor and customer name as new vendors and customers.Therefore, the history of transactions in Stampli were only showing under the old version of the name. Stampli is currently unable to make the change on the backend to move the transactions in batches from the old version to the new. The only option is to manually open every invoice and make the change there; however, our company has hundreds of transactions for each and cannot go this route due to time and cost restraints.

The second issue we have is when we have hundreds of invoices received from vendors in the later part of a period and it takes our staff extra time to get the invoice through the entire review process, which the invoice ends up missing the cut off period for export in QuickBooks. The problem is we close our books in QuickBooks then we need to change the date of many vendor invoices in Stampli to the first of the following, open month. Again, we have hundreds of invoices in this case and would like to see a batch option in the future to make for a quick and easy change to all invoice dates at once.

What do you like best about Zoho Books?

Zoho Books has an easy to use interface, across web and mobile apps. Transactions are easy to create, edit and send to customers, suppliers and other users. Portals are super helpful for our customers and suppliers to view their transactions with us, as well as add or update their details and add credit cards and/or direct debits. What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. Zoho Books helped us move away from Xero, which as helped us integrate with a solid suite of apps to help us deliver products directly to our customers. What do you like best about Hubstaff?

The first thing everyone noticed when we started to use Hubstaff was that most team members were spending long hours on their computers but only effectively working 2-3 hours, which was an eye-opener - why we're all long hours on the computers but not being productive? The team now is more mindful of how they use their time; we get more done in less time, and no one needs to work late nights or extra hours.
