We are big into safety and safe driving and having dual cameras as well as all the speed monitoring makes this a much easier task to accomplish. Samsara allows us, as business to track the efficiencies of our routes, allows us to the option to audit and track representatives to ensure they are on time to appointments, following protocol if they're running behind, it allows us to know when maitnence is needed, speeds are being surpassed, etc. This is needed for any business that has reps driving company vehicles. As an accountant, it aids me in accounting duties when it comes to recordin, processsing, and billing both customers and carrires. To claim any travel expense, we need to create a report and submit. For that first we need to click on "Travel & Expenses" button which is placed at the top of the page. This button is not highlighted and this is not made with bold font. So User doesn't think that this is a button that he/she needs to click on to proceed further. This is the only observation I had. I have tried out tracking on many websites and the main hassle is to shuffle between different websites for the shipments. With GoComet, all information stays in one place and automatically updates. Specifically, there is feature which records the actual dates given by the carrier. Usually carriers keep changing plans and it gets difficult to have visibility on the actual plan. There are some negative aspects: The templates are too hard to edit, Shipping Instructions need to be done manually because if we untick the 'tick' from the fees, our operation won't be able to see it when creating the BL. The fact that we have to incorporate with QuickBooks is the only downside (but it really isn't a bad thing). I feel it would be better if they had an accounting side as well, but understand that it is easir to intigrate with a program that already does that so they can focus on making their program better. Since Covid has had an impact on how stock is available, customers are trading and demand is being placed, it has assisted us in re-shaping also.

The most significant detriment to the product offerings from Gnosis Freight seem to be that their platform lacks the maturity of some other vendors in the same space. The "off-the-shelf" products were designed to handle specific needs. However, to be completely functional for our company, additional work was required to get things to a full deployment. I would like some slight customization on some dashboards - I'd like to include additional columns for SKU code and BRAND on the stocked out/potential stock out/stock holding etc. Also, SKU on the order page.

Conducing physical checks of stock within our warehouse is now a thing of the past. Analysizng sales data to see trends and seasonality is no longer a daunting task as NetStock looks after this for me for the most part. I can now spend more time on value add tasks as opposed to data entry and number cruncing.

There are opportunites to improve things such as defaulting to the Team Manager's team when adding drivers and assets, instead of defaulting to another team and putting the Team Managers names in alphabetical order in the service programs to make it easier to find them. It is not always obvious when there is an app update, and sometimes the data can come through incorrectly or drivers will experience issues loading with an old version of the app. Although uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixes the issue 9 out of 10 times, a pop up/alert when there is a new version would he handy. GUI is the part that needs more work. It is not very polished or visually appealing even though it is simple to use. A more comprehensive GUI would be welcomed, while maintaining it user-friendly.
