I manage accounts for 10 different car dealerships, so Sprouts organizational capabilities go a very long way in helping me schedule, analyze and post content across all the stores. I would like to see better data-driven marketing analytics and performance reports that show accurate data from the online foot traffic we receive that helps us remain visible to the world-wide web. If we had accurate reporting data from the platform perhaps what is currently offered on SOCi as far as insights into customer sentiment and trends woul dbe more visible and able for us to understand.

Tracking meaures and reporting of our work or content we post would maximize our company's ad budget. We could focus on what's high perfomring and reevaluate what is not.

While Hootsuite offers many great features, there are a few aspects that could use improvement. The biggest issue I’ve encountered is with the reporting tool. It seems like the main reporting functionality has changed, and I’m no longer able to have my "default" screen include an overview of all my accounts. Now, I have to create individual reports for each account and go into them separately to pull the data, which is a bit more time-consuming. Additionally, the reports seemed stuck on data from 2022 for a while, which was frustrating. I also noticed that the reports can sometimes be inconsistent—if I pull two similar reports, the top posts may differ based on the metric (likes, comments, impressions), which makes it difficult to draw clear conclusions. I really wish there was more consistency between reports. Another downside is the lack of bulk post deletion — it’s a bit tedious to delete individual posts one by one, and it would be great if there was an option to delete multiple posts at once. Lastly, the time frames for comparing data can be limiting. For example, when comparing data from this year to last year, I was unable to go back to January 1st and had to settle for January 15th, which impacted the accuracy of my analysis. Hootsuite is solving the problem of the almost impossible task for a full-time marketing employee to manually pull and evaluate data of posts. This would be impossible for me to pull these numbers and work full time, and saves me hundreds of hours each year by schedule multiple posts at once with just one click. This gives us an opporutinity to fix issues, thank the client for their feedback, and post positive reviews on our website. Most new clients will read reviews to decide where to take their business, and quick replies from the business are a sign that we care what our customers think. Birdeye makes this easier to do with their timely communication. Also has AI generate responses which are relevant and will written and are very helpful when you can't always think of something to reply to a client review, and even helps with negative client reviews. If I had to nitpick, I’d say that it sometimes misses a few niche mentions when I use very specific keywords. For example, during one of my recent campaigns, I had to fine-tune my searches to get the results I needed. It’s not a major issue, and honestly, most tools in this space have similar challenges.

Determ has made a huge difference in how I monitor brand sentiment, competitors, and audience engagement. Before using it, I spent hours manually searching for trends and mentions, and I still worried I was missing something. Now, Determ does all of that for me in real time.

In many ways, Sociality.io provides solutions that benefits us. We are happily using all the

modules of Sociality.io Publish, Engage, Listen, Analyze, and Competitor Analysis. To

specifically mention one, I can highlight the Competitor Analysis module. It is a life-saver. I

can not imagine gathering all the data together into one report for hundreds of accounts

I've found that even when I'm on a single platform, it still can be challenging to tag a person or page. I still have to go into the post after it's live to activate the tagging. Would love to see that feature improved. I would also like to reuse older posts by just duplicating, updating the date and content, and posting, but as of right now, you have to copy and paste the content and start a fresh post. Several departments of our company use Brand Analytics: Media relations, Client Service, Sales, Customer Experience. They use the system for media monitoring as well as social media analytics to fulfill tasks such as search of clients' pain points and product insights, handling of claims and complaints. The only thing I dislike is not having the amount of content necessary to really capitalize on this tool. When upgrading to a plan with more accounts, it wasn't clearly stated that you would pay a prorated amount for the upgrade. i.e. the 5 account plan to the 10 account plan. SocialBee is helping me have a presence on social media! I've been attemping* to post from my phone but life doesn't allow that to happen and to stay present. With SB, I can schedule out posts after I've created the content. I can have evergreen items re-que and keep rolling while I'm working on other things, inluding sleep. I wish there were a "pause account" option. We only use it when a client requires this specific service which is somewhat infrequent, so I wind up cancelling and reopening once or twice per year. Keeping an eye on the chatter around a brand, product, person or incident. Specifically, whether that chatter is brand-impacting (meaningful) or just random noise. Picks up multiple sources so the coverage tends to be quite good - sometimes overwhelmingly abundant but filters and the "block source" option take care if that.
