What do you like best about Rippling?

First and foremost, I feel that every HR feature that you could possibly need is made very visible and easy to access. From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer. It saves me so much time. It allows for consistency and thoroughness on onboarding. The performance review process and engagement surveys are a dream! What do you dislike about BambooHR?

My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. What do you like best about HiBob HRIS?

I love the fact that it's an all-in-one product. W've been using the People, Payroll, and Performance modules for a while now and have recently added on their new module, hiring. This means that our entire HR function is all captured in Bob now.

Our account manager Sabrina has been a dream to work with. Especially as we made the switch from Workable to HiBob Hiring. She went above and beyond to answer our questions, show me the product, and negotiated a competitive rate to counter our offer to stay with Workable.

I really like that our email and calendar is all integrated so we don't need to leave HiBob when scheduling interviews, communicating with staff and candidates, etc. I'm probably in Bob more throughout a week than any other software besides our Google Drive. What do you dislike about HiBob HRIS?

Sometimes because you can get really granular in setings, it's hard to find the right setting/function. It's also a little bit clunky in terms of UI, but the actual functionality is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to pull analytics from our surveys, performance reviews, etc has been a game changer. As a small to medium business that is rapidly growing (including expanding to the US), the need to make data-driven decisions is ever increasing.

Keka is the best application which has very user friendly and interactive UI , with integrated payroll, time tracking, and leave management. It's self-service option for employees is increasing transparency and engagement between HR and employees. Keka is very simple in implementation and helpful customer support. Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. Through the entire process from the first call with Jake to our most recent call with our Customer Success Manager, the JustWorks team truly held our hand through every step of the way. Better than white glove service, we were always kept up to date on everything we need to do, things that could be helpful for us to do, and how we can make JustWorks work for us. The implementation process was straight forward and quick. The platform is intuitive and really helps reduce the time spent trying to get answers for our team. Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. If a store doesn’t accept the Forma card, submitting a reimbursement through the platform is also super quick & easy. What do you like best about Onboard by HR Cloud?

The most helpful thing about using HR Cloud is working directly with my Senior Account Manager, Bruna Nazor. Not only is she patient, but she is also very knowledgeable and willing to help us brainstorm through challenges that we may face with client requests. Additionally, Bruna completes requests quickly and makes herself available when I have an urgent need to meet with her.

We really took the necessary time to understand the system capabilities and share use cases with Bruna. Because of these preliminary discussions, the implementation has been smooth, and we have been able to utilize features that were previously not available to our clients. It's also been possible to create reports that can be imported directly into the payroll system, eliminating the need to manually key in that data. What a time saver!

Our business exclusively supports HR departments within school systems. We continuously assess whether we are optimizing system capabilities and if the current technology continues to meet our clients' needs. Knowing that this portal will make managing onboarding so much easier and quicker for HR staff to fill vacancies and issue contracts sealed the deal! The excitement to share our migration to HR Cloud was hard to contain until we completed the entire feasibility process. Now, we are shouting from the rooftops how great it is to use this technology. What do you like best about BrioHR?

Briohr's leave and time-off module to be a very useful tool for forecasting my upcoming holidays. The user interface is simple and easy to use, making it straightforward to input my leave requests and view my remaining vacation days.

One of the standout features for me has been the forecasting capability of the module. It allows me to project my future leave accumulation and make more informed decisions about when to take time off. Additionally, being able to see my team's availability and company events in the same calendar view has been helpful in planning my time off around important business dates.

Another aspect I appreciate is the seamless integration with our HR system. I can quickly and easily submit leave requests and have them automatically approved or denied based on company policies.

What do you like best about Kota?

We discovered Kota after we had already begun renewing our private medical scheme benefits with our previous broker.

Kota not only provided a more affordable quote than our previous industry-leading broker but also enrolled us with Vitality, which was an improvement over our previous scheme with another insurer. As a result, more employees have joined our scheme since we switched to Kota.

The most significant improvement for us has been the customer support since the transition. Kota managed to transition us between insurers within a week and were very hands-on throughout the entire process. They have remained responsive now that we’re up and running, and we actually have a dedicated contact person for any discussions. It's so nice! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kota?

We don't have any specific dislikes, but there are a few enhancements we would love to see:

1. Consolidation of Benefits: It would be fantastic if Kota could increase the range of benefits offered. It would be great if we could offer some additional benefits without having to find a different provider, such as cash plan medical, cycle to work, staff discounts, etc.

2. Global Office Management: We have offices in several countries, including Canada, the US, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, and the UAE. It would be great if we could manage these international offices through Kota as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've integrated the Kota platform with our HR system, making enrolment a breeze. Now, we can easily see who is and isn't enrolled in one place.

Monthly invoicing helps manage our cash flow, and we can download member lists and invoices directly from the portal.

We love the Health and Safety aspect of the app. The fact that each employee has the app on their phone (which is optional depending on company policy) makes communication easy. We also love that everything is in one place. mission statement, employee handbook, training tools , scheduling, onboarding for hiring, personal files including CRA tax forms etc can be all stored on this app. We have the basic HR4 at this point and are only 1 month in. We are just starting our journey but are veryimpressed. The implentation team was great, the support is awesome, always their to assist and help in any way. What do you like best about Worknice?

Worknice has streamlined our school's HR processes by providing an easy-to-use platform to onboard new staff; store current staff information; manage compliance documentation; process leave requests; and generate contracts. The team have been very responsive to our needs and have gone above and beyond to help us resolve a challenge within our organisation relating to staff work patterns and leave requests. The user interface of Worknice is easy to navigate, with filters and tags making it easy to sort and filter through information easily. What do you dislike about Worknice?

What do you like best about Multiplier?

Multiplier has been incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Even with limited experience in international HR, IFLA was able to navigate and utilise the system effectively. The onboarding process for our new employees has been remarkably quick and efficient, saving us significant time and resources. The Multiplier support team has been outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues. Akhil, our account manager, is always available and ready to help. What do you dislike about Multiplier?

While the user interface is generally positive, it sometimes feels too simple. Some areas could benefit from increased functionality and robustness to handle more complex scenarios. For instance, detailed time management and sheets are short on the platform. In addition, it's tough to understand the different departments and entities in Multiplier and which ones we are dealing with. What problems is Multiplier solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an international federation, we need to hire employees from different countries, each with unique labour laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Multiplier has taken on this burden by acting as the Employer of Record (EOR), ensuring we remain compliant and mitigating legal risks. From payroll and benefits administration to contract management and onboarding, Multiplier simplified these processes for us by providing a centralised platform.

As IFLA, we are not interested in setting up legal entities in foreign countries, which can be expensive and time-consuming. Multiplier eliminated the need for this by acting as the EOR, resulting in a more advantageous focus for us.

However, we believe the benefits for NGOs in terms of annual fees should be further explored and enhanced. We are not financially competitive and desired as some of the big corporate businesses out there. Multiplier needs to develop a more customisable and affordable product for NGOs. I appreciate WebHR's intuitive user interface, which makes it easy to navigate and use. The system's comprehensive features, such as employee data management, time tracking, and payroll integration, streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. Additionally, the cloud-based nature of WebHR ensures accessibility from anywhere, which is particularly beneficial for remote work situations. What do you dislike about WebHR?

While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it. Centralized Employee Data Management: By consolidating all employee information into a single, centralized system, WebHR eliminates the need for multiple spreadsheets and manual record-keeping. This streamlines data management, reduces errors, and saves time.
