First and foremost, I feel that every HR feature that you could possibly need is made very visible and easy to access. From submitting time-off requests to accessing your benefits, everything is pretty much right there for you. I also really like the app integrations that are possible with Rippling like Lattice, for example. The laptop/software update reminders from Rippling are also really helpful and I think the pay-day reminders are nice/cute to have as well. Also, upon being hired at my company, using the onboarding check-list through Rippling couldn't have been easier - it was honestly the smoothest onboarding experience I've ever had with an employer. There are components that have greatly improved from prior LMS-like systems we have used previously. Absorb is easy for users to navigate and is intuitive to the user. The Create function in combination with buying the Amplify content has given us the opportunity to train, develop, and engage multiple roles in our organization. We have an HCM integration with ADP and the automatic and quick flow of information regarding status and job titles has taken care of a lot of what was previously manual work. The reporting functions are also better than previous system, and everyone from admins to managers like having that information.
I also love the addition of the AI tool in Create. It does allow a quicker turnaround on some trainings I have made for our users. I have also receieved feedback that the AI voiceover feature really enhances our trainings that are heavily information slides.
We also have Client Success Manager, Stephanie Berry, who has assisted us since going live with Absorb and has done an excellent job. We chose Docebo as an LMS solution as it provided flexibility, ease of use, and the ability to create a visually branded and designed interface. Our team appreciates that there are meaningful enhancements to continually create a better admin and user experience, which is why we have added it to our long-term roadmap. I personally appreciate the admin support chat and email team. They are always helpful and responsive, and if they're not sure how to help, they get back to you with at least some kind of answer. This really helps to make us feel that they are researching and looking into the issues or questions and not brushing them off. Overall, this workplace harrassment training was very informative and up to date. The sections made sense and flowed from one to the next seamlessly so that I felt like I learned about all the different types of workplace harrassment and how to deal with them effectively from all different angles. The way the training flows also keeps the person engaged--you can't just leave it on in the background. I find that this type of training leads to better overall retention and implementation. I also found the feature that you could easily to stop and go back to the exact same spot in the training and resume with little to no back tracking. Both the admin and learner sides of the platform are very intuitive and extremely easy to use. One of our highest priorities was finding a platform that non-learning focused employees could easily come in and create content for peeople in their departments, which workramp meets. It was also very important for us to select a platform that had high quality pre-built content that could seamlessly integrate with the platform which we were able to achieve at a reasonable price. The implementation period was short and extremely easy, I am a team of one, and it was completely realistic for me to implement this new platform on my own. When we launched, we saw extremely high adoption, and it was largely reported that this was due to how simple it is to get into the platform (not a lot of barriers with 2FA and other sign-on roadblocks) so our employees can get into the platform quickly and frequently. As mentioned, I implemented the platform independently so it was important for me to have strong implementation and customer support from the Workramp side to make this possible, and it exceeded my expectations.
