I haven't come across anything that has hindered the use of the system. Customer support sends emails and updates to ensure modifications are explained. Although I am unable to comment on the ease of integration at this point as we use a niche software system that we run payroll through so can not use the integration function. Rippling is solving the complexiities that sometimes come with the onboarding experience for new hires. It also remedies maintenence/efficiency issues by streamlining software updates to employee devices and having all HR features in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My only suggestion on how to make it better is on the engagement surveys. When they are sent out, there is not a way to pick the employees that you want to complete it. We have our board of directors in our employee count. They dont take the engagement survey, so that does affect the numbers. Nothing major, just two small things.

Sometimes I accidentally press "Clock Out" intead of "Clock In" in the morning which messes up the timesheet.

This can't be corrected immediately due to my user level so I need to contact my manager to fix it.

I understand the reasoning for user level restrictions but it would be good to have a way to fix small errors like this immediately to save time (maybe within a 5 minute time limit or something similar?)

Another thing I wasn't able to work out is how to log in to the mobile app (from the iOS store).

I entered my company name but it wasn't recognised, maybe our IT team need to enable something but it would be good if the onboarding process was clearer.

Allows me to record "Clock In" and "Clock Out" times quickly and easily which saves time and makes Timesheet management simple.

My only feedback is that we have some employees that need custom PTO award dates (outside of their anniversary or the 1st of the year) so builidng out an option to adjust that would be great. Perhaps the worst thing about the tool is that the ease of use and the directness with which compliments or feedback can be sent to colleagues and their managers can be used maliciously by some, creating a strained environment.

It would be good if there were some kind of filter or restriction on the number of compliments and feedbacks that can be sent daily; as well as restrictions on which people these actions can be directed to, making it difficult for a "resentful" colleague to use them maliciously. Sometimes because you can get really granular in setings, it's hard to find the right setting/function. It's also a little bit clunky in terms of UI, but the actual functionality is fantastic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to pull analytics from our surveys, performance reviews, etc has been a game changer. As a small to medium business that is rapidly growing (including expanding to the US), the need to make data-driven decisions is ever increasing.

Keka has solved all the issues that is related to HR, which gives a lot of benefit to me as an employee. For example, accurate payroll processing and leave management allows tracking while requesting time offs smoothly for an ideal work-life balance. It has attendance logging as well. The self-service portals provide a view through which I can fetch payslips, leave balances, and personal information at my convenience. Having Gusto manage payroll, pay my business taxes and organize all necessary tax documents is a HUGE benefit... my business would not be successful without Gusto.

Even customer support goes above and beyond. I once asked for help changing hours per pay period and the customer support agent sent a very kind, detailed eMail with step by step guidance and arrows to highlight each section of that page. Once I saw the steps, it was quite intuitive, but I did not realize that the employee's name was a hyperlink and that was where all next steps were accessed. While Forma is incredibly convenient, the reimbursement processing times can occassionally be slower than I’d like. Additionally, I wish the vendor selection in the Forma Store was even broader to include more options in certain wellness categories. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We don't have any specific dislikes, but there are a few enhancements we would love to see:

1. Consolidation of Benefits: It would be fantastic if Kota could increase the range of benefits offered. It would be great if we could offer some additional benefits without having to find a different provider, such as cash plan medical, cycle to work, staff discounts, etc.

2. Global Office Management: We have offices in several countries, including Canada, the US, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, and the UAE. It would be great if we could manage these international offices through Kota as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've integrated the Kota platform with our HR system, making enrolment a breeze. Now, we can easily see who is and isn't enrolled in one place.

Monthly invoicing helps manage our cash flow, and we can download member lists and invoices directly from the portal.

While WebHR is generally effective, there are a few areas that could be improved. The system occasionally experiences slow load times, which can be frustrating during busy periods. Also the demo for presenting the system was time consuming I recommend having a video explaining the entire system with easy access and labels which allows the user to click on a certain label and get the introduction of it.
