First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. I like the ability to automate tasks that envolve the use of Microsoft 365 suite. It is easy to implement, due to it's intuitive user interface, templates, catalog and flows editor. I like the option of testing the flow with manual triggers, and it is easy to debug the executions. It has ease of integration with Microsoft Surveys, Microsoft OneNote, Microsoft Planner, etc. Regarding its frequency of use, it is something that you use anytime you need to create or edit a flow. I've been an AC user for about 8 years and couldn't run my company without it. The automation flows are incredible, intuitive and just work in the background to keep bringing people into my membership. I can easily integrate it with other platforms which is really helpful. I have multiple team members who all have learnt quickly how to use it and we use it daily. There aren't many features I've wanted and haven't been able to find that AC can do - eg. conditional content in emails. I tried clickfunnels which is great software, but I kept coming back to AC as it is a much better all-round package. I love that Pipedrive allows for customizing their product to suit my team and our needs. This platform is versatile and synchs with so many commonly used programs, this program is just beyond easy to use. The implementation was super easy. I don't need to access customer support at this time, but the help guides are awesome. Integration of this software into our process was super easy and the mobile App actually works! Instantly has been a game changer in my life. Before I came to know about them, I didn't know anything about cold email or cold outreach. I didn't even know I could get overseas clients using cold email.
Once I discovered Instantly at the mid of 2023, I learned everything about cold outreach using their free resources.
Then I started testing campaigns with their Growth plan. Within the first month, I onboarded two US clients through my cold campaign using Instantly, and since then I've been using it effectively.
I really like their UI/UX. It's very simple, easy to understand, and has tons of features. The customer support is really amazing - you usually get your query solved within 10 to 15 minutes, no matter what time zone you're in.

What is great about jotform is that it allows for logic with multiple endings based on what is selected. It even allows one to make the ending go to their own page, which I will be using utilizing vaerious selections that will go in the URL that will play to the end result. It allows you to build a PDF in which only the answers selected show, which is what I've been looking for, and I can even have the site link to the PDF result using a submission ID. 100% the best so far.
