Our facility was looking to replace the paper sign in process for our visitors and contractors so we decided to explore the option of utilizing iLobby. We like the digitilization of our visitor log book, each host is able to keep track of their visitors, and each visitor must review the site safety policies and sign off prior to entry. I love the app. I usually use the list view when booking meeting rooms, and the interactive floor maps when I reserve a desk, so I can see who else from my team is at the office that day. The receptionist has made a huge difference for our practice in being able to manage patient flow when our office manager is not in (ie. after 5 PM and on weekends, when many of our providers offer sessions). Even the free account has a proffessional, polished looking invoice at the end. A client actually complimented me on it! In future, I'd like to get the paid account and customize the invoice to match my brand.

They are great about working with us to resolve any of our concerns. The processes are easy so we are able to get funds into our account as they are made. I love that this product is easy to set up and use. I have a need to track time to the minute, and this makes it simple. I need to see my reports by time, and be able to separate projects within clients by time. This also allows for easy invoicing and ease of keeping track of those invoices.
